Location with a hidden gem

The Nemea Appart Hotel Cannes Palais boasts a superb location, just a stroll away from the beach. The spacious rooms enhance comfort, and the outdoor leisure spaces, including a heated pool, provide good relaxation options. Plus, the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy meals at our convenience.

The staff's responsiveness could use improvement. Upon our early arrival, it seemed like our inquiries were met with indifference. The HVAC system in our room struggled to warm up adequately.

location is very good, recommend it! All the amenities in the room, all new.

The room was dirty, the trash wasn't cleaned, the carpet was dirty in the stains, the hair everywhere. To improve breakfast, there's practically nothing to eat.

Everything was brand-new, nice service, brilliant location just next door to the beach and old town and shopping area and public transport. The staff were all kind and courteous. Our a double room was stunning with a kitchenette.

my stay in this cute place was improved with its prime location, just a short 500 meters from marche gambetta and less than a 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach, making it perfect for weekend city strolls and sightseeing.

They don't speak good English.

I liked the location and underground parking.

Take advantage of the kitchenette for meal prep, especially if you're traveling with family. It adds convenience and saves time for outings.

Really nice experience there. Good modern hotel in a central area so close to beach collected later, bars and restaurants, shops. Stunning and lovely location a minute walk from an annual film festival. Good modern rooms in the inner patio. Excellent staff, free wake up calls and ironing available. Great breakfast for all tastes with baguette

Tidy and absolutely stunning room, all in all had fabulous stay.

everything was brand-new, including great breakfasts with baguette. the location was marvellous, within easy walking distance of palace of festivals and congress hall.

Upon arrival, the room wasn't ready, and we had to navigate multiple trips to reception due to a malfunctioning door. Cleaning was subpar. We found hair on the floor and a clogged bathroom sink, with no proactive room cleaning unless requested. The pool area had debris around it, and the water was a bit on the cold side, detracting from the experience.

wonderful hotel, it has good service, favourable location near to the train station. the breakfast itself is great and the food is good. the staff is being easy going.

Modern, modern, modern

I loved my spacious apartment with a kitchenette, made meal prep easy! The heated pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring local attractions. Plus, the walking distance to the beach was just unbeatable!
